East Meadow SC offers need-based financial aid on an annual basis to help families offset some of their club fees only. There are very limited funds available for these needs, and the amount offered will depend on the amount available each year.

Any financial aid award recipient(s) is/are still responsible for paying all club fees not covered by the aid award (if any award is given) as well as the full amount of uniform, coaching and team fee expenses.

The Deadline For Applications – The club must receive all completed documentation prior to September 15th of the season you are applying for aid for.

ALL PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE CLUB FOR THE SEASON THAT THEY ARE APPLYING FOR PRIOR TO SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION.

All decisions made by the financial aid committee are final and decision's on a financial aid award (if any) will be communicated by the end of the calender year for which financial aid was applied for.  Any award given will be applied towards final payment(s) of club fees for the season that is most current.

 In order to be considered for financial aid, applicants must complete all of the following (PLEASE READ AND COMPLETE ALL STEPS BELOW AS NEEDED):

PLEASE INCLUDE THE PLAYER(S) NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH IN THE SUBJECT LINE AS WELL AS INSIDE THE MESSAGE OF ALL EMAILS.

DO NOT EMAIL ONLY THE APPLICATION OR MOST RECENT FEDERAL TAX RETURN AND W2'S. ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE EMAILED.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST CONTINUE TO MAKE AND BE UP TO DATE ON ALL CLUB AND TEAM PAYMENTS. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR APPLICATION AS STATED IN STEP 1 BELOW. ALL ITEMS MUST BE EMAILED AS STATED IN STEP 2 AND STEP 3 BELOW. FAILURE TO SEND ALL ITEMS WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION OF YOUR APPLICATION.

1. Applicants must be registered with East Meadow Soccer Club and be current in all club and team payments in order to be considered for financial aid. Failure of continuing to make these payments will result in disqualification of your application.
2. All applicants MUST email a copy of their most recent Federal Tax Return pages 1 and 2 (form 1040) AND any/all most recent W2's (or any other yearly personal/family income statements) even if these amounts are already stated on your tax return. Please email all of these to financialaid@eastmeadowsc.com
3. Complete the application (click here to download the financial aid application) in its entirety and email to financialaid@eastmeadowsc.com 

For players that were with East Meadow SC in the prior season we will ask the Coaches:

• Was player's attendance regular and punctual at training and games?
• Do parents willingly volunteer for team and club commitments?
• Is the family in good financial standing with the team and team fund?

Applications will be reviewed by the East Meadow SC Board of Directors - Financial Aid Committee, and all information will be kept confidential. No information will be shared with your head coach, team manager, or any member of the team, so please do not contact your coach or manager to inquire about your eligibility. 

Should you be approved for financial aid you will be required to volunteer approx 10 hours of time to one of The East Meadow SC Winter Indoor tournaments.
